Our Mission

We believe there is nothing more precious or more rewarding than to see a child smile. Our mission is clear. We strive to provide dental health and healthcare that is in the best interest of your child by balancing their restorative and emotional needs. From diet and hygiene, to pacifiers and early orthodontic intervention, our focus is prevention of dental disease (no cavities!).

Office Hours

We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday – Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
(Closed for lunch: 12 noon – 1:00 p.m.)
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (reserved for hospital surgeries)

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation.

Financial Options

Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Payment is expected at the time treatment is rendered, unless special arrangements have been made prior to your appointment.

We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also offer financing options through CareCredit. If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.

Insurance

We participate with many insurance carriers, and are a preferred provider for Delta Dental, MetLife, United Healthcare, United Concordia, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Principal, Guardian, Ameritas and Humana. If your employer's insurance covers treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Policies vary, so we will review your employer's insurance plan with you to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, as a courtesy to you we will file your claims.

To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our new patient form. Please remember that your employer's dental insurance is a benefit for your child. If, during the course of treatment your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
